Ink-d Gallery have asked various artists (myself included) to provide them with ‘clear out’ items that have been lingering around the studio for a while. You might find yourself a bargain there. I’ve given them some first editions and originals, as well as some of my favourite pieces from a few years ago that i forgot i even had! (20 % off too)
Hot off the presses – my new print ‘Lady Leaf Kicker’. When they’re not collecting berries from the trees there’s nothing more they like than to ‘HOOF’ up carefully raked leaf piles by the roadside…….
Available to purchase though boxbird.co.uk
I’ve finally got my A**e in gear and designed a t-shirt for Howies…..My design ‘Octobrella’ is available in store at Howies, London or online at Teepay.com
If you’re out and about in swingin’ Carnaby St, London in the next month or so please checkout my work at Howies. The lovely people there have kindly offered me a space on their staircase wall to show some current work – as well as printing up my first T-Shirt Design! (which i have a feeling i’m going to get into…). Runs from 14th Nov – 14th Dec.
It’s that time again! I’ve had a 2-year cooling off period but decided to re-visit the Brighton Art Fair (Oct 1st – 4th) along with our other artists at Boxbird. Look out for us at stand 16 near the refreshments – grab a bun and come say hello….!
The good folk at INFECTIOUS.COM have kindly put my poladroid on a range of skins available for iphones and laptops etc……

My London show East Meets West is at our gallery Boxbird in Brighton for 1 week ONLY! From 23rd – 29th Sept. But if you don’t get a chance to see it then you can see a lot of the work at Brighton Art Fair from 1st - 4th Oct
I am currently taking part in a group show entitled ‘Made in Brighton‘ along with a bunch of illustrious local artists who have also had solo shows at Ink-d Gallery in the last few years…..
One image per artist – no bigger than 30cm x 30cm, an edition of 25 and all £75.
My piece , Bobby Play (silkscreen on japanese plywood) is based on 2 little gay (or just good friends) policemen characters. I had planned to use these little guys years ago but then that pesky Banksy character came up with a similar idea…..
A big thank you to everyone who came to the private view.
The show is open until 12th Sept if you wanna come along and say hi.
Work is available online through boxbird.co.uk
I will be taking part in the Decked Project from 25th – 30th August at the Stolen Space Gallery, Brick Lane, London.
A collection of 50 street artists/illustrators/designers/tattooists each designing their own skate deck, and here is my end result………As you can see, my cat found it quite hypnotic watching me work on it! Even tried to grab the brushes a few times – another budding artist in the family?? (No. Because it’s a cat – they can’t draw)
A homage to men in pyjamas with big bats and silly names. Available as a set of 4, silkscreen on japanese ply – at Coningsby gallery show 1st – 12th Sept…..
They may be tokyo based, but the Zilla Inc. like to wander - and cause chaos in their wake. If you see a glowing beacon looming over the horizon it’s probably best to get yourself in to some kind of underground bunker. The only respite is when they pause briefly for the nightshift workers to take over……. (See the full image at EAST MEETS WEST, solo exhibition at coningsby gallery London from Sept 1st to 12th)
You probably won’t be hearing many peeps from me in next few weeks as i am locked in my workshop beavering away for my next upcoming show at Coningsby Gallery. I have a few mechanical helpers but they are fairly old models and need constant maintenance themselves……… Watch this space for sneak peeks of the new stuff.
The myths about giant creatures, disguised as man-made or natural objects, roaming the lands – have turned out to be true!
Boots screwed up my camera film with the evidence – but luckily i have been able to create an ‘artist’s impression’…….
These prints will soon be available at Art Republic, Brighton.
We just heard today that our Cinemascope show for the Brighton Fringe Festival has just won ’Best Show of the Fringe’!! Needless to say we are delighted (and we must say a monster-sized ‘thank you’ to everyone who voted for us – and of course to the artists who took part in the exhibition. Already thinking about next years theme……
